~What if something is damaged?
If something is damaged upon arrival, you have 3-5 days to contact us at our email, theglittergrotto@gmail.com and please include your order number and what’s damaged, along with pictures. We will assess the situation, and most likely replace the damaged piece. Anything after 5 days, we can’t guarantee what has happened with the tumbler at your home. Thank you for understanding!
~Turn Around Time
Current turn around time is currently 6-8 weeks from the day purchased, and depending on item. This does not include shipping time! We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect mailing addresses, or any orders that need rushed AFTER you purchase. Please contact us BEFORE purchase, if you need an order rushed, to make sure we can accommodate that date.
~Custom Orders
We are currently not taking custom orders at this time.
~Washing Instructions
Please hand wash all of our glitter tumblers with mild soap. Do not scrub, and pat dry. Do NOT put in the dishwasher. Do NOT let soak in a sink with water. Do NOT microwave.
